Deliveries
METROPOLITAN FRANCE :
- Mondial Relay 3 to 6 working days.
- Colissimo Domicile with signature 1 to 6 working days.
For certain destinations, customs fees will be applied upon receipt of your order. (Your relay point must be selected after validation of your order).
EUROPEAN UNION :
- Colissimo Europe 1 to 6 working days.
INTERNATIONAL :
- Colissimo World wide 7 to 10 working days.

NO MODIFICATION OF ADDRESS, ITEMS OR OTHERWISE WILL BE POSSIBLE after your payment has been validated, please check your entered information carefully.
Aawoe Paris is not responsible for the disappearance of packages after official deposit recorded by the carrier. Once your package is declared delivered, our responsibility is no longer engaged. No refund will be made in this case.
For deliveries to relay points, the package must be opened and checked before signing.
After validation by customer signature, no complaints will be possible.
Your order can be delivered at any time of the day, between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.*
*We always do our best to meet these delivery times, but during increases in activity (such as during sales) delivery times can sometimes be extended. Occasional updates to our systems or cases of force majeure, such as particularly bad weather conditions, may result in a suspension of these delivery services, a modification of the deadline to benefit from them and/or an extension of the deadline. Delivery. However, we are doing everything we can to keep these temporary changes to a minimum. Aawoe Paris cannot be held responsible for any package lost or stolen following specific delivery instructions given to the carrier.
Returns
You have 15 days to return your order, once it has been received at your expense.
The items must be in their new and original condition (provided with all labels, accessories and packaging) and must not show any signs of wear or traces of dirt.
Any item returned incomplete or damaged cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Purchases and orders made during sales and/or private sale periods are not refunded, but are subject to a voucher to be used without time limit on our merchant site.
Return conditions:
If the items ordered do not satisfy you, you have 15 days to return your order, once it has been received.

Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and that you must send us your tracking number by email.
Any package lost by transport services cannot be exchanged and/or refunded. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their package (tracking and insurance), no action can be taken for uninsured or untracked packages.
Once you have notified us in advance by email, please return your order to the address sent in the email.
Once we receive your package, we have 14 days to issue a refund to the credit card account you used during your purchase.
